The choices on the cut-off marks were reached at the 2022 Policy Meeting on Admissions to Degree, Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) and National Diploma (ND).

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and tertiary training partners on Thursday in Abuja took on 140 as the base cut-off mark for 2022 entrance into the country’s colleges.

The cut-off mark for polytechnics and universities of schooling was fixed at 100.

The choices on the cut-off marks were reached at the 2022 Policy Meeting on Admissions to Degree, Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) and National Diploma (ND) continuous at the International Conference Center, Abuja.

The gathering is being led by the Minister of Education, Adamu.

In his introduction, Mr Adamu cautioned Nigerian tertiary foundations against unlawful affirmations, saying all entrance into the country’s colleges, Polytechnic and universities of schooling should be handled through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

The clergyman said any head of tertiary establishment found participating in unlawful confirmations would be arraigned regardless of whether the infractions are distinguished after their residencies.

IJMB is an Advanced-Level (A-Level) Course, which you take for 9 months, after which you take a final exam that gives you a certificate.

This certificate can then be used to apply for Direct entry admission into 200 Level in any university of your choice.

One of the primary ways of gaining admission in Nigeria without JAMB is through IJMB.

IJMB is a fixed nine months programme Admission is offered into 200L.

IJMB Doesn’t require UTME before final admission as admission is by direct entry (DE) IJMB Accepts incomplete O’level and awaiting results.

IJMB is widely accepted by 75% of all Nigerian universities.

Successful candidates can use their certificate to apply for direct entry admission to any university of their choice at the 200 level. Diploma courses Diploma programs are still available at some universities.

It is no longer news that many schools in Nigeria run the JUPEB programme, into which you can easily enrol with just your O’level results and gain admission to study your desired course.

The JUPEB program lasts eight to twelve months, or one academic session. You will receive a certificate that you can use to apply for admission to the university’s 200-level program or any other university.
JUPEB requires that you register for JAMB before admission.

Admission Through Diploma Programme

We are pleased to announce to all the candidates attempting the National Examinations Council (NECO) June/July SENIOR SCHOOL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION (INTERNAL) that the examination timetable is out.

The NECO 2022 timetable is the most valuable asset for all the candidates preparing for the June/July SSCE. It allows candidates to know exactly when a specific subject is scheduled.

Candidates take the NECO June/July examination in their last stage of Secondary School Education. The SSCE is in two categories. One is for candidates in the third and final year of their senior secondary education, and it is called SSCE Internal. At the same time, the Second is SSCE External and is for candidates not in the School system, i.e. Private Candidates.

According to the NECO 2022 Timetable, the examination has been scheduled to take off on 27TH JULY and ends on 12TH AUGUST, 2022.
